2018 Retreat Refund Policy

 

Due to the terms of our contract with the Mountain Valley Retreat Center, our refund policy is as follows:

 

• Until Sept. 5: You will receive a refund of monies paid, minus your $150 deposit, which is nonrefundable unless someone takes your place. If you paid via PayPal, a $15 transaction fee is forfeit.

• Sept. 6-14: No refunds are available unless someone fills your spot. If you paid via PayPal, the $15 transaction fee is forfeit.

In the unlikely event that we cancel the retreat, all monies will be returned to you.
